Flashback Photobooths QLD was proud to be part of the recent Wedding Master Class Event at the Emporium Hotel in Brisbane. More than just a Wedding supplier showcase the event interspersed informative classes on various wedding related topics to aide brides in their quest to create the perfect wedding. All the brides walked away more savvy than when they arrived and were also able to discuss their needs directly with a host of wonderful suppliers who were also present.

Flashback Photobooths Dominos Conference Jupiters Aug 2012
Flashback Photobooths QLD recently provided 2 photobooths at the Domino's Conference at Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast. The event was a great success and loads of smiling faces were captured in the booths over the 2 days. As you can see from the picture Domino's chose to brand their booths in a Corporate Fascia. Fascias in conjunction with a logo on each strip are a brilliant way to drive home that message or corporate identity to ensure maximum exposure from your hire.

Australian Bridal Industry Academy Awards winners announced!
The results are in! With a bride satisfaction rating of a whopping 96.89% in the Hire category we didnt win but we came very close and we at Flashback Photobooths QLD were very proud of all our scores. It is easily apparent that only the best of the best make it to the finals and this is a recognition of the hard work and good customer service we put in every day to ensure all our clients events are unforgettable!
Well done to all the finalists and we look forward to going one better in 2013!

Flashback Photobooths QLD makes the ABIA Finals again!
Flashback Photobooths QLD is proud to announce we have made the finals for the second year running in the upcoming ABIA (Australian Bridal Industry Academy) awards! ABIA is the leading wedding industry body and being nominated let alone making the finals is a massive privilege. Nominations come directly from past brides who have used a suppliers services and have rated them post wedding.
The awards night is being held in Brisbane on the 10th of July and we are in contention for 3 awards. Best Hire, Photography and Special Services.

Flashback Photobooths QLD goes wild at OReilly Rainforest Retreat
Wow what a wknd of Flashback Photobooth deliveries here in South East Queensland! Aside from the usual weekend of birthday parties, weddings and corporate events we had an adventure getting to O'Reillys Rainforest Retreat on Saturday.
The retreat is nestled in the Lamington National Park in the Gold Coast Hinterland. A good 2hrs drive on the best of days from Brisbane in a car that isnt towing a 2 tonne trailer! Well to help make the trip longer we had a tyre burst on us as we were going 90km down the pacific highway and were lucky to have just made it to the hard shoulder still in control of the car and trailer! Being the side of the highway and very little room on the hard shoulder we called the RACQ who kindly came quickly and towed us to a quiet street so the tyre could be changed in safety. 1.5hr later and we were back on our way! I had left a 2hr buffer so we were still well on track to get there before the reception started (at 5pm) and well before the hire was due to start (6pm). As we passed through the quaint village of Canungra the rain started and it was soon teeming down! The last 30km stretch from Canungra to O'Reillys is one lane in many parts and so windy that we often couldnt manage more than 15km/hr esp with the rain. With the weather and roads against us we travelled on and after another 1hr were finally there and 30mins before the reception offiicially started!
PHEW!!!!
To date we have never turned up after a reception has started regardless of when the booth is set to turn on but this was much too close for comfort. Good thing for the buffer and we know now that the next time we go out to OReillys we're going to leave 3hrs buffer and pray not to get a flat tyre!
